英文版由Tom Whitlock(美)作词，Giorgio Moroder(意大利)作曲，Koreana组合演唱的1988年汉城奥运会主题曲，韩语版作词者为Kim Moon-hwan。英文版的男声独唱部分由Joe Pizzulo演唱，并非Koreana组合的男成员。
这首旋律动听的电子乐是历届奥运会中传唱最广的主题曲，萨马兰奇曾认为其是最成功的奥运会主题曲，甚至考虑将它定为永久会歌。
这首意大利人、美国人、韩国人共同制作的歌曲，是真正的国际化合作。而歌曲段落末尾又揉进了朝鲜民歌《阿里郎》里的一句咏唱“阿里郎！”仅此一点，使这首歌在全球流行化的同时，又因这个鲜明的民族标签而极易被识别。
