Miffy是来自德国的一位画家迪卡.布洛纳先生所创作，他是个极成功且畅销的童话创作者，他的作品被译成三十三种语言于世界各地，销售量更高达8千万本。迪卡.布洛纳总是喜欢用简单的线条与几种颜色（通常只是橘、蓝、黄、绿这几种颜色），来创造出他心目中的童话世界，而Miffy便是他笔下将近半个世纪，在作者的坚持下，Miffy的造型始终维持她一贯朴实轻松的原则，从来不会因为节目或任何理由乱换衣服和首饰，这样“超清新”的形象，也许正是Miffy的人气地位始终屹立不摇的原因。
