《Auld Lang Syne》是一首苏格兰民谣，由苏格兰诗人罗伯特·彭斯（Robert Burns）于1788年创作，后经谱曲而广为传唱。是新年夜怀念旧友，互相祝福时唱的歌曲，象征送走旧年而迎接新年的来临。《欲望都市》Sex and the city  中用到了这首歌曲的慢板感伤版本，背景音乐响起的时候，Carrie从床上爬起，在圣诞夜独自去陪伴好友Miranda。
