 This part is in Hindi, apart from the formulaic俗套 "harih om", which is a sort of a Hindu auspicious phrase: 

[हरिः ओम्‌] x3 [Hariḥ ōm‌]/हरि: the Supreme Personality of Godhead/ Om : sacred syllable used in Hindu prayer  /OM: The sacred monosyllable which symbolizes Brahman

हर   नूतन दिन  की जागृति जिन हाथों से पाई जाती है,

Lakshmi财富神 lives at the tip of the hand, Saraswati智慧神 in the middle,

Krishna is the eighth incarnation化身 of Lord Vishnu毗湿奴 in Hinduism印度教.

O Goddess, whose clothes the seas are, whose breasts the mountains are, o consort of Vishnu, I bow to you. Forgive my touching (you) with feet.

   Goddess Laxmi (the Goddess of Wealth) resides on the front part of the hands,Goddess Sarswati (the Goddess of Learning) resides on the middle part,and Brahma (the God of Creation) resides on the root part of the hands.
   Therefore, every morning, one should have a respectful look at one's hands, which symbolizes honest labor. Oh, Mother Earth, who is the wife of Lord Vishnu, who has ocean as clothes and mountains on the body, I bow to you. Please forgive me for touching you with my feet.

  Moushun ，there's some different songtext.For example, करमूले स्थितो Karamoole stitho,different from करमूले तु गोविन्दः [Karamūlē tu gōvindaḥ].पर्वतस्तनमण्डिते । parvatastanmandite is different from पर्वतस्तनमण्डले parvatastanamaṇḍalē.

  They are just variants. Hindu chants and prayers sometimes have slight variants.

   The translation "mountains on the body" is, however, (most likely deliberately) vague. Both versions(पर्वतस्तनमण्डिते and पर्वतस्तनमण्डले ) basically translate more specifically to "mountains are whose breasts". It seems, the translator deliberately tried to avoid referencing to breasts (स्तन Stana ).

  करावलोकनः Karāvalōkanaḥ

This Mantra颂歌 should be chanted on waking up. Look at your palms and say:

कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मीः करमध्ये सरस्वती । करमूले स्थितो ब्रह्मा प्रभाते करदर्शनम् ।।

Karaagre vasate Laxmih karmadhye Saraswati  Karamoole stitho Brahma prabhaate kara darshanam

TRANSLATION

हाथों के अग्रभाग में लक्ष्मी, मध्य में सरस्वती और मूलभाग में ब्रह्माजी का निवास है,

Hāthōṁ kē agrabhāga mēṁ lakṣmī, madhya mēṁ sarasvatī aura mūlabhāga mēṁ brahmājī kā nivāsa hai,/Hāthōṁ-hands;kē-the;agrabhāga mēṁ-in front of;madhya-middle;nivāsa-residence;mem-in.

Goddess Laxmi (the Goddess of Wealth) resides on the front part of the hands,

अतः सुबह उठते ही अपने हाथों का अवलोकन करना चाहिये ।

When one gets up in the morning, he/she should ask for Earth's forgiveness by reciting the following sloka for touching the planet with feet.

समुद्रवसने देवि पर्वतस्तनमण्डिते ।    विष्णुपत्नि नमस्तुभ्यं पादस्पर्शं क्षमस्व मे ।।
Samudravasane devi parvatastanmandite  Vishnupatni namastubhyam paadsparsham kshamasva me

TRANSLATION

हे विष्णुकी पत्नि पृथ्वीदेवि, आपके समुद्र ही वस्त्र और पर्वत ही स्तन है,

Hē viṣṇukī patni prthvīdēvi, āpakē samudra hī vastra aura parvata hī stana hai,
patni-wife;samudra-sea;vastra-clothes;aura-and;parvata-mountains;stana-breast

Oh, Mother Earth, who is the wife of Lord Vishnu, who has ocean as clothes and mountains on the body, / पृथ्वी Prthvī earth;मां Māṁ mother;

  Indian National Anthem

 

  The song Jana Gana Mana, composed by Rabindranath Tagore, was adopted by the Constituent Assembly as the National Anthem of lndia on 24 January 1950. It was first sung on 27 December 1911 at the Calcutta session of the Indian National Congress. The complete song consists of five stanzas. The first stanza consists of the full version of the national anthem. 

  The following is Tagore's English rendering of this stanza:

 

Thou art the rulers of the minds of all people, 

dispenser of India's destiny. 

Thy name rouses the hearts of Punjab, Sind, Gujarat and Maratha, 

Of the Dravida and Orissa and Bengal; 

It echoes in the hills of the Vindhyas and Himalayas, 

mingles in the music of Yamuna and 

Ganga and is chanted by the waves of the Indian Sea. 

They pray for thy blessings and sing thy praise.
