Take Me Home, Country Roads（《乡村路带我回家》）是由约翰·丹佛 (John Denver) 于1971年创作并演唱的一首歌。约翰·丹佛，于1943年生于美国西南部的新墨西哥州，曾经学习建筑专业。1971年，他放弃学业，潜心从事乡村歌曲的创作与演唱。起初受到别人的嘲笑，但他挺住压力，坚持不懈，最终年以这首脍炙人口的"Take Me Home, Country Roads" 一跃成名为著名乡村音乐歌星。
